John and Cynthia
I met John at Bearpaw High Sierra Camp in Sequoia National Park where we both worked during the summer of 2018. We both became very good after this experience. While working at Bearpaw, due to the lack of modern conveniences and distractions John were often afforded the opportunity to have deep, meaningful conversations that are so often missing in our modern world. John would often talk about his wonderful girlfriend Cynthia and their relationship together. After Bearpaw John and I stayed in touch but lived on opposite sides of the country so we didn't get to see each other. Meanwhile John and Cynthia grew much closer together and eventually got engaged. I was happy when I received a message from John asking if I would photograph their wedding. Their wedding was beautiful and it was a wonderful experience, I not only got the chance to rec0nnect with an old friend but make a new one too. Congratulations John and Cynthia, may God bless your future together.
Mike and Rachel
When my old college roommate Mike asked me to photograph his elopement with his beautiful soon to be bride Rachel I had to say yes. The last time I had seen Mike was years ago at graduation and at the time we were two college bachelors on a mostly male campus. In the long year between Mike had found himself a beautiful girl named Rachel, the elopement was the first time had met her and the love between them was palpable.
